73Consider one future day. You are watching TV and a Braking news come " In the only remaining forest on earth a rear type of creature found. It was called as Elephant in 2010." consider another scenario in near future, you are sitting with your wife in a single room allocated for you to leave on a 100 store building.
These are weird imaginations. But it can be true in near future. We are loosing many species each day and one day all animals will be extinct. The second scenario is happening with many species as we are cutting more and more forests, they are loosing their homes.
Why we are loosing animals?
The main reason is us. We are killing them for our own welfare. But we are forgetting that as we have right to live on this planet, they do have too. There are several reasons, main reasons for killing animals are as follows.
Food
A single person is responsible for killing 100 animals a year for food. Some animals are reproduced quick but the animals found only in forest cant be reproduced this much quickly and becoming rare day by day. Take a example of FISH. Their are certain fishes which are very tasty but also limited in sea. And we are killing them for our own pleasure. One day their will be no tasty fish eill remain in sea. What we will do that time?
Clothing
Second reason why animals are killed. And its most disgusting too. People love to wear clothes made by animal skins. Like
* wool, In the wool industry, just weeks after birth, lambs' ears are punched, their tails are chopped off, and the males are castrated, all without anesthetics.
* Leather, It contains vast majority of animals killed for. Leather is a direct byproduct created by animal skin. And people wear it, how i don't know.
* Fur,Those who wear fur trim and fur coats have the blood of minks, raccoons, foxes, beavers, and other animals on their hands. Isnt it so dirty to kill a animal for his skin, to wear a dress in party?
Running for Life?
Testing
How much animals are tested in labs? Millions, yes millions are tested in labs may be its for good reason of human. But if humans getting tested whats your reaction?
Entertainment
Animals riding bicycle, jumping on ropes sound and looks great in circus. But do they deserve it? No they don't. Then why we make them doing this? Human entertainment idea should shift from animals to save them.
What we can do to save animals?
We don't need to go on road protesting the animal rights( We do need it for testing reason).
* We just need to be more Vegetarian than Non-Veg. If we convert our half non-veg food into veg one. We will save
million animals a year.
* Avoid products made from animals. Declining sales will result in more animal living on earth.
* Avoid going to shows based on animals. It will save animals and save thje warth also.

To understand more the importance or the relationship between the existence of human, environment and nature you got to read ecology subject or if if you can't you may read further from the internet. If we lost all sort of animals the environment will lost its ecological balance and human beings will be affected too. So pay's not to harm and let them stay in there own habita as God wanted.

ladyvenus you are true. And the sad thing is that we are heading towards the assasination of animals. And if i can change a single non-veg person to veg in my whole life, that will be greatest did of my life.

You present a good argument for going vegetarian. Personally, I'm not a big meat eater, I prefer veggies anyway. It's nice to know that I am reducing the number of animals slaughtered as a result.

I too am an animal lover and always feel guilty eating meat, although I do try and eat organic! if any! and i alwawys donate to the animal charities,and would love to be a vegetarian, but its quite hard as some of my clothing, settees and chairs are made of leather! which makes things more complicated! but i will go for it one day! thats for sure!!

Excellent post! Unfortunately, we live in a society where animals are seen and used as commodities; therefore, the existence of abusive and cruel practices and industries that profit at the immense agony, torture and persecution of animals.
Furthermore, we are destroying the few remaining green spaces and wild spaces, which provide the homes for wildlife. I feel we ALL have a moral obligation to be stewards of planet Earth and her creatures. That means extending compassion and respect, and treat all animals as we would like to be treated ourselves; that is, free from exploitation, cruelty and extermination.
Let's not forget that how we treat non-human animals is but a reflection of human animals. So, what does that tell about our "civilized" societies?
Our unustainable, destructive and cruel lifestyles are jeopardizing our very own existence and that of every other species on Earth, and the living systems that sustain ALL life on Earth.
We can all do something to make this a better world for the animals and planet Earth; everything is connected: human health, animals' health, environmental health. It basically starts by making conscious decisions into our every day lifes; thinking beyond "me".

I love animals so much. I had a persuasive text I had to do it was optional. So I chose saving animals this website reminded me why so many animals are going extinct, or close to extinction.
Thanks Aniket. Compu smart, its okay if you possess some belongings made out of leather. POint is that today onwards, you don't purchase such stuff. I'm a vegetarian since 11 years, believe me, it just takes a strong decision and a little more stronger will power to do it. Is that a lot of price to save hundreds of animals? I remember, the day I took this decision of becoming a vegetarian, I was tempted thrice to eat non-veg, but I refrained myself and that's it! I never even felt like eating it again. Now-a-days, I'm gathering information on which all companies do, don't test on animals - you get all that information on internet. and if you're still not sure about a certain company, you may e-mail to PETA, they do read and reply. I still have some products from some companies that test in animals. But those packets/bottles would surely be the last ones in my home. I won't throw them away, they've already been purchased by me, throwing them won't affect. But i'll surely never but any product of that company again. That's how we can do our part in saving these innocent beings, who don't ever harm us till either we harm them or scare them. Please join hands and save them - turn vegetarian, turn vegan, boycott the companies which do animal testing, help the ones on streets by getting them useful aid, and most important - educate people. You have made a few strong points on this article. You were right about not needing to go out there and protest through a rally. We can start with ourselves and our families by choosing products not made from animals and not going to animal shows.
