One of the effect in twenty first centaury is hair loss is making peoples loss their hairs more. Hair loss is affecting lots of people in world; you can say most of the peoples in the world. Today we can see very young people hairless. Causes are many but treatments are few.

The major cause of the hair loss is changing habitat of humans and the environmental change. The increasing pollution in the world causing very bad effects on human body and the main symptoms are hair loss. And as hairs are the status symbol for many men’s and women’s its becoming a crucial part of the life. Thousands and thousands dollars are getting involved in the hair loss treatment. But still the root cause can’t be identified and hence the all treatments are incomplete. We are going to identify vitamins for hair loss.

Copper – It provides Strength to the hair and prevents hair loss. Can be found in green vegetables, eggs and chicken.

Iron –Very helpful in preventing the hair loss. Can be found in eggs, fish and whole grains, green vegetables, and dried fruits.

Manganese – It accelerate hair growth. Can be found in whole grains, beans, fish, and chicken.

Vitamin B12 – Very essential for body as it prevents hair loss as well as helpful for spinal cord. Can be found in eggs, milk, fish, and chicken.

The best thing to do is know which vitamin you are lacking and then include it in your natural diet. If its very difficult to include take it from other sources like supplements or injection course.

Most of the people see hair as a tool of beauty only and rush here and there to find a remedy. However, hair loss has deep concerns with the physical health. It is not just be treated with a shampoo as claimed in several advertisement.
