1) People suffering from acid reflux or heart burn may absorb biotin less due to health conditions. So they will need to increase the biotin supplementary doses.
2) Biotin is a Vitamin B Type. The peoples with blood type A have a problem of unable to absorb vitamin B completely. Here these peoples need to limit the daily intake of biotin to fight with case.
It’s good to go to biotin way for avoiding biotin hair loss but few things need to be considered while choosing the biotin. The whole product should not have allergy with the body.
